Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 3:18)
Are you always looking to the future, trying to figure out what's going to happen tomorrow or next week? God didn't intend for us to always be looking to the future. Instead He wants us to live in the present and gain intimate knowledge of Him and learn the things that will be the foundation of your faith.
When we focus on the future we miss out on the lessons He is trying to teach. We sacrifice our growing faith and our knowledge of God in this fruitless pursuit.
Sacrifice the pursuit of the future for a current knowledge of God. He will take care of the future.

Thanks so much for the uplifting post today. I think it is human nature to worry a little about the future, but as long as we have our Lord next to us, we will make it.
